Tom Bothen has over 30 years of commercial investment and teaching experience. He served as an officer for the USAA Real Estate Company with responsibility for a multistate portfolio of office and industrial properties. He has also managed large scale residential communities. He was the director of the Masters in Real Estate Program at the University of Illinois Chicago and continues to teach at UIC and at Roosevelt University. Bothen is a licensed real estate broker, a CCIM, a senior instructor for the CCIM Institute and earned an MBA in finance and economics from the University of Chicago. He is the Director of Investment Analytics for One Chicago Realty.
